Cameron Thompson is the President of the Virtuous Leadership Institute, and delivers Virtuous Leadership® seminars, workshops, and keynote talks to a variety of audiences across North America. Trained as an anthropologist and organizational psychologist, Mr. Thompson worked in the education sector for 10 years in both teaching and administration. Over the last decade, Mr. Thompson has been working with individuals and organizations to develop innovative approaches to character formation and leadership training.
Mr. Thompson is close to completing a Doctorate in Human & Organizational Psychology and has his Master’s in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas. In 2010 he began the development of the first comprehensive and systematic approach to Human Formation in seminaries and speaks regularly on topics of character development and Virtuous Leadership. He is also the author of the Handbook of Human Formation: A Resource for the Cultivation of Character, The Way of Peace (a new translation of the Rule of St. Benedict), and co-author of the Daily Structured Journal: A 30 Day Journey to a Better You.
