Bio

Yolie Aleman-Rodriguez Graduated with a Business Degree from the University of California, Riverside and the Hispanic Leadership Institute. During her State Farm career of 25 years, she has consistently ranked in the top 6% nationally and has earned various distinguished honors. She is a qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), which represents the top 1% of Financial Service Agents world-wide. In 2006, Yolie Co-Founded and became President of the National Hispanic Agents Network (NHAN) at State Farm Insurance, which now consists of over 500 members nationally.

She serves on multiple education, scholarship, community boards, and is an active member of the Catholic Association of Latino Leaders. She enjoys speaking to groups throughout the country on the subjects of leadership and overcoming adversity. Yolie has a special focus on mentoring young Latinas at risk. She enjoys travelling around the world with her husband John, a fellow State Farm Agent.
