Bio

Diana is currently the Co-Founder and Head of the Nonprofit Group for DEODATE Strategies where she oversees development, operational and brand support for national non-profit organizations in education, youth empowerment, religious and social services.

Formerly, Diana was the executive director for the Catholic Association of Latino Leaders (CALL), a national non-profit organization whose mission is to foster a love for Christ through praying together, learning together and serving together as a family of Catholic leaders.

Diana is also a senior advisor for Great Minds in STEM (GMIS), a national non-profit that advocates careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. At Great Minds in STEM she has executed Annual Conferences of more than 3,000 attendees made up of college students and professionals from multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership helped the conference produce $1.5 million annually via the participation and sponsorship of major clients ranging from major defense contractors and Fortune 100 corporations.

Prior to her work with CALL and GMIS Diana worked for NBC/Universal as the Director of Paid Programming for KWHY, Channel 22, where she managed a $9 million per year paid programming sales department. Her department alone accounted for 30% of the station’s revenue and she received three NBC/Universal Ovation Awards during her tenure.

Diana is active in the community through her service as the first female chair of the Weingart East Los Angeles YMCA and the Metro YMCA Urban Council. Currently she is a Board member at Cathedral High School and Camp Ronald McDonald.

Diana earned a Juris Doctorate in international law from Loyola Marymount University and completed her undergraduate degree and certificate training from UC Irvine and UCLA respectively. Diana resides in Pasadena with her husband, Rodrigo and their two children, Penélope and Isaac.
