Bio

Jennifer Miraval graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017, with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. This is where she learned her skills in reporting, producing, and anchoring at NAZTODAY. At the same time, she was also interning as a multimedia journalist, and as an assistant to the assignment manager for KPNX 12 NEWS at their Flagstaff Bureau. She covered stories traveling all over Northern Arizona, including the Navajo Nation.

She got a job right out of college as an associate producer in one of the Top Markets in the country (#11) and #1 in Phoenix (KSAZ FOX 10 NEWS). She’s now been in the News industry for nearly seven years.

Throughout her career, she has also grown in spirituality. She is a TLI alumni from the 2019 Cohort. This is where she gained confidence in her Godly gifts, and flourished in her relationship with God. Through TLI, she discerned making a documentary called The Choice. This film will tell the stories of men and women who have overcome pain and suffering after experiencing an abortion, by seeking out healing and mercy.

She is also currently working on a mini documentary series highlighting three people with different backgrounds who are in the front-lines of the Coronavirus Pandemic, in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.

Her dream is to become a Saint, to have a farm with her future family– all while having a production company where she can become a documentary filmmaker. She’s a dreamer, but knows that God dreams even bigger for her.
