Tom Mooney has more than 30 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of environmental site characterization and remediation programs, regulatory compliance, environmental assessments, and litigation support of projects with a wide range of contaminants and regulatory issues.

Mr. Mooney has managed numerous large and complex Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), U.S. Department of Energy (USDOE), and private industry that have addressed both toxic chemicals and radionuclides in soil, soil vapor, and groundwater.

Mr. Mooney, a geologist and Senior Project Manager in Jacobs’ Tempe, Arizona office, is a Registered Geologist in the State of Arizona and has a bachelor’s degree in geology from Western Illinois University.
