Am I a good fit for TLI? What can Tepeyac Leadership Initiative do for my career?
TLI was designed to help Catholic working professionals, from all fields, discover in their Catholic faith a driving force for success in their professional, personal, and spiritual lives. The program leverages the wisdom of seasoned Catholic leaders to help participants grow as leaders in their own professional fields and communities. TLI approaches leadership in an integral way, by drawing from 2000 years of principles and wisdom found in the Catholic faith. We know from experience, TLI can take your faith out of the pews and into the world.
2. Application
Open enrollment is from October 1 to November 10. The cost of the program is $2,000.
Tuition cost can be paid in flexible installment plans. Also, be on the lookout for the date of our Virtual Open House. Meet your instructors, alumni, and other Catholic professionals who share your values. This is always a fun, informative, and high energy evening!
Early Bird Discount: Apply by October 20, receive a $200 discount on tuition if admitted to TLI.
3. Admissions Interview
January 7 – January 24
We are excited to meet you! After reviewing your applications and meeting with your references, we will schedule 1-on-1 interviews with each of you during this week.
4. Admissions Results
We’ll reach out to you by mail by the last Monday of January to share the results of the admissions process!
If chosen for TLI, you’ll begin your First Session / Orientation on the second week of February.
Please note attendance to the orientation is mandatory. Even if admitted, failure to attend orientation, may result in not being able to participate in TLI.
