Bio

Carla began her career at Procter & Gamble in Mexico and also lived in Puerto Rico prior to moving to Cincinnati, giving her unique expertise working in different cultures. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, a degree in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and earned her Sherpa Executive Coaching training through Howard University’s College of Business in Washington D.C.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Carla had a 22 year dynamic career in Customer Business Development at Procter & Gamble supporting best practices in category management, shopper marketing and customer management and developing expertise and passion for serving Hispanic consumers. She has broad experience working across customers, channels and different geographies in Latin America and US. She also worked at The Partnering Group as an International Consultant and continues to be a Leadership Consultant for the Catholic Leadership Institute. Carla is part of the Coach Source Community of Executive Coaches.

Carla lives in Cincinnati where she is active in RCIA ministry and enjoys playing tennis. She has led over a dozen mission trips to orphanages in Mexico and enjoys traveling particularly through Europe and South America. Carla hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain in the Fall of 2015.

Most recently, Carla has been a dedicated volunteer for the Magdala Project in Israel.
