Bio

Christine Rich has been driven by her faith as a wife, mother, friend, entrepreneur and business partner throughout her life.

Her largest project to date is the Catholic Social Incubator/Accelerator, Archetype Group, founded with her husband, Joe, and several partners. Archetype is a collaborative business incubator and accelerator for ‘culturepreneurs’ who envision a world transformed through social enterprises and best business practices.

Driven by the desire to impact culture through entrepreneurship and advance moral and economic dignity for all, Archetype is a highly visionary creative team that empowers and develops entrepreneurs and their ventures through mission clarification, branding and strategy; team development; organizational health and systems; best practice business models; funding; and growth hacking.

As a spiritual entrepreneur, Christine is honored to have co-founded and led as CEO, My Saint My Hero, a Catholic jewelry company grounded in faith and prayer which grew exponentially from a web and wholesale-based company into a national brand and successful partner with QVC. In 2015, the company had the honor of creating the official medal for World Meeting of Families and the Papal visit to the United States.

Christine and Joe live in Southern California and have four children. She serves on the Board of Visitors for the Busch School of Business at Catholic University of America, OneLifeLA for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Obria Group (a national initiative for pro-life health clinics), and her greatest passion: The Imfura Foundation, founded with Immaculee Ilibagiza, survivor of the Rwandan genocide, to spread the messages of forgiveness, healing and hope given by Mary to the world in Kibeho, Rwanda, and to build the Basilica and Shrine to Our Lady of Kibeho.
