Bio

Dr. Thomas Shellenberger, MD, DMD, FACS, serves as president of the Catholic Physician’s Guild of Phoenix.

He earned his doctoral degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Miami. He completed residency and fellowship training in general surgery and surgical oncology.

He completed the Physician Scientist Training program and is an Assistant Professor of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and University of Arizona.

He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He currently practices surgical oncology and conducts clinical and translation research in cancer.
