Bio

Luke Kircher is a Phoenix native who lives in the suburbs with his wife, Alia; their four children, Amara, Luke Jr (L.J.), Alexander, and Lera. Luke was a TLI alum from the 2020 cohort and proud to support this influential and transformational community.

Professionally, Luke is currently the Vice President, Revelry Group which is a certified B Corp headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Luke joined Revelry Group in 2017. With the industry relationships he’s developed over the years, his focus has been to develop the core Revelry Group business units; Agency Services, Revelry Foods, Revelry Culinary, and Exchange Events.

Prior to joining Revelry Group, Luke was with Winsight Media in their events division from 2006 – 2017, holding various roles and responsibilities. During his time with Winsight events, supported revenue growth of 400% through new events, acquisitions, and organic growth. This included launching the Global Restaurant Leadership Conference, held in Dubai, UAE which brought together over 1,200 attendees and represented over $1 Trillion Dollars of the Global Restaurant Industry. As Conference Director, Luke was responsible for leading executive events including; Restaurant Leadership Conference, FARE Conference, FSTEC, Global Restaurant Leadership, Outlook Leadership, and the Convenience Retail University.

Since joining Revelry Group, Luke has led their legacy FaBLE and FoodOvation programs while also launching 4 additional events; MILE, FLEX, an additional FoodOvation, and Global Foodservice Hospitality Exchange.

Luke graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He was a philosophy minor and particularly enjoys the readings of St. Thomas Aquinas.
