Bio

Michael Garibaldi is a Bay Area native and Arizona transplant who has served the Diocese of Phoenix since 2005. He is currently Executive Director of Discipleship & Mission at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Cave Creek, AZ, where he happily spends his days accompanying adults in search of greater intimacy with Jesus Christ.

He holds a master’s degree in Theological Studies from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family at the Catholic University of America, where he co-founded Theophany Catholic Theatre Company, a small ensemble dedicated to performing the plays and poetry of St. John Paul II.

At the University of San Francisco, Michael was enrolled in the highly regarded St. Ignatius Institute, and received his B.A. in Economics.

Michael enjoys reading, writing, and hiking the beautiful state of Arizona; however, his greatest joy in life is his family: his wife, Laura, of thirteen years, and their seven amazing children.
