Mike Phelan

Bio

Mike Phelan serves as Director of Marriage and Respect Life for the Diocese of Phoenix for the past 14 years. He holds a master’s degree in Theological Studies from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family Studies at the Catholic University of America. He also studied at the University of Dallas, receiving degrees in English and Education. Other than coaching and attempting to still play basketball as well as fighting the good fight for marriage, family and human life, he seeks to keep his soul firmly planted in the soil of the Shire. Mike and his wife of twenty-four years, Sharon, reside with their six children in Mesa, Arizona.
