Bio

Rodrigo Gonzalez is Founder and CEO of DEODATE; a Los Angeles-based corporate real estate consulting firm. He is also the head of DDT-RE a full service commercial real estate firm, and City Miles a $150-million real estate investment fund (currently in equity raise phase) focused on high-density primary and secondary market real estate investments in retail adaptive reuse, logistical real estate and transit-adjacent assets.

For fifteen years he has represented Fortune/Global 500, mid-cap companies, national food groups, corporate developers, individual investors and operators, government, and non-profit organizations, in nearly $4-Billion dollars of project strategy/project management, real estate strategy consulting and transactional/brokerage services in the Western, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest states as well as global clients headquartered in Europe and Asia.

As part if its commitment to the community, DEODATE volunteered and was selected by the Pepperdine University Real Estate Institute serve industry advisor to graduate students in Real Estate in advising the City of Los Angeles in the creative identification, use, and development of over 9,000 parcels across the City, creating strategies that helped shape investment, land use, and development practices in Los Angeles for years to come.

Rodrigo Gonzalez is a member of the Real Estate Executive’s Forum (REEF), the Urban Land Institute, CoreNet Global Organization for Corporate Real Estate, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Catholic Association of Latino Leaders and member of its national board of directors. He is a past leadership council member of the Fulfillment Fund.

He and his wife are also speakers in the Beauty and Sacrament of Marriage at both the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels and through the Missionary Encounters of Fr. Joseph Pawlicki. Rodrigo and his wife are founding members of Cathedral Couples in Christ (CCC), a group of couples married at the Cathedral of our Lady of the Angeles dedicated to the growth of the Catholic Marriage and Family.
