After growing up in the Midwest, Mr. Fleckenstein served four years in the Marine Corps Infantry where he took part in Desert Storm. After his military service Mr. Fleckenstein graduated Cum Laude from Colorado Technical University with a degree in Business Management. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Saint Frances.
Having always been a leader, Mr. Fleckenstein has a strong belief in standing up for those who can’t stand up for themselves. This led his career into the field of Human Resources where he could be an advocate for employees and assist organizations in creating more productive work environments, while increasing employee loyalty and job satisfaction.
He created an independent Human Resources outsourcing and consulting firm that specializes in the delivery of a full range of HR services. Over a 10-year period, his firm, VimHR, grew to a multi-million-dollar company with offices in Arizona, California, and North Carolina, before being acquired at the end of 2017.
Today, Mr. Fleckenstein has started a Medical Staffing Agency that focuses on creating new CNA’s and MA’s by paying for their education through a working grant program and then placing the graduates into top positions with medical facilities.
Mr. Fleckenstein is a Knight in the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, former President of the Phoenix Legatus Chapter, President of the Pastoral Council at Saint Mary Magdalene, current Chairman of the Board for TLI, and actively involved with several area charities.
